| Application: |
High pressure steam hose are capable of handling saturated steam at pressures to 250 PSI and temperatures to 406¡ãF. Superheated steam to 250 PSI and 450¡ãF. Not for use with detergents. The steel wire braids provide maximum strength and also serves as a static wire. Hose meets MIL-H-28596B, Type 1, Grade A and may be used as a component to fabricate metal lined steam hose assemblies to MIL-H-29210. 10:1 safety factor (2500 Minimum burst) for steam applications. Steam hose are available in ID sizes ranging from: 1/2" to 4". |
